We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there may be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Please allow up to 1-4 business days for your order to process. We ship out orders 7 days-a-week, 24X7 excluding holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email to follow your package!

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Canada, Europe            10-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand            10-30 Business days
International            15-30 Business days

Max delivery time – 35 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification.

If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us via [email protected] for further assistance.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order.

If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at [email protected] We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.


All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
