We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase. Should you decide to cancel the order, you must submit a “Help Ticket” or contact us at [email protected]. For all Orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we offer partial refund after charging a 25% cancellation fee. Please note that we will NOT accept order cancellation request(s) if the orders have already been shipped.
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 DAYS of receipt for most items in new condition.
Here’s what you need to do-:
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket via email at [email protected]. Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off the package at your local post office zone.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund into your bank account in accordance to our return policy.
1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can reach out to us WITHIN 15 days of receipt.
2. All items returned must be in unused condition with the original packaging intact. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. Buyer is responsible for full return shipping cost.
5. If you need to return the product, the shipping fee forth would be subtracted even if you received it with free shipping while ordering. Since it’s already paid to the courier while shipping, your understanding is highly appreciated.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed delivery period within 25 days (not including 2-5 days processing time) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (discounted items) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouses in U.S, Europe and China.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
