What are the delivery charges for orders from Kpop Heart?

Zero! Yes, we offer FREE worldwide shipping so you don’t pay anything for shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted in Kpop Heart?

We accept all major payment methods such as PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, AMEX, VISA, and Mastercard.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Estimated delivery dates for our free delivery service are displayed on all product pages and also during checkout.

If you’ve already placed an order with us it will also be shown in the shipment notification email along with the tracking link, as well as in your My Account section if you created an account. For more information please check our detailed shipping policy page.

How secure is shopping in Kpop Heart? Is my data protected?

100% safe! Your payment card information is used only for processing your order and is never stored by us. All payment card data is handled only by our payment providers (Stripe or PayPal) and we never have visibility of any of your card details.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately you cannot change the shipping address. If you have not yet received a shipment notification email – send us a message as soon as possible and then we can update the order details for you.

It is important that you contact us right away as we will be unable to update any details once the order has been shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! We provide an invoice along with tracking link plus order confirmation mail. You may also track your order to see its current location.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive update emails at each stage of your order, and if you create an account either before or during checkout then you can also check the status of your order online in your My Account section at any time.

Once shipped you will receive a tracking link by email which will also be visible in your My Account section (if registered).

Will my items come in one package?

If you order more than one item (particularly of different brands) then it’s likely your order will arrive in multiple packages. This is because we ship directly from the manufacturers in order to offer the best quality items at the best possible prices.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of delivery we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that you have received. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, please contact us as we are always happy to help.

I received the wrong item

Oops! If you have received the wrong item please contact us and we will resend your order to you at no additional cost. Please note that we may need to see a photo of the item you received in error.

My order arrived damaged

If your order is damaged in transit please contact us and we will resend your order to you at no additional cost. Please note that we may need to see photos of the damaged item(s) before we can resend.

How do I receive customer support?

Can I change or cancel an order after I have submitted it?

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase. Should you decide to cancel the order, you must submit a “Help Ticket” or contact us at [email protected].

For all Orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we offer partial refund after charging a 25% cancellation fee. Please note that we will NOT accept order cancellation request(s) if the orders have already been shipped.
